6. Data Retention and Deletion

We automatically destroy all documents uploaded to our platform after 48 hours unless otherwise specified. You have the option to delete your documents at any time before the 48-hour period expires. We only store data upon explicit request by the customer. For enterprise clients, even when data is stored, you retain the ability to delete it from your end at any time. This policy ensures that your data is not retained longer than necessary and gives you control over your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peslac AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Services.

8. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
